Book a short call to talk about what you are noticing and what you would like help with. You do not need to know which service you need — if a different service or a different professional would suit your child better, we will say so.
Please do not use this website to report an urgent safeguarding concern or a medical emergency. If a child is at immediate risk, contact your local authority safeguarding team or the police on 999. For urgent medical concerns, contact your GP or NHS 111.
Please avoid sending detailed medical information by email or when booking a call. We will arrange a secure way to discuss it with you.

Please do not include details about your child's health when booking. We will talk about them together during the call.
